2. Technological process of rack electroplating
Loading → preheating → external shot blasting for rust removal → internal shot blasting for rust removal → internal spraying → external spraying → curing → leak detection → unloading

The external rust remover is equipped with a movable transparent protective plate on the outdoor side for safer operation and more convenient movement during maintenance.
Internal shot blasting for rust removal:
