2.Introduction to Main Processes
2.1 Pretreatment Equipment - Cleaning Equipment
Function: Remove impurities such as dust and oil on the surface of the workpiece, and form a closed film on the surface of the steel plate, providing corrosion resistance and increasing the adhesion of the paint;
Channel: The wall panel is made of 1.5mm SUS304 steel plate,
The lower water guide bottom plate is made of 2.0mm SUS304 steel plate,
The water baffle is made of 1.5mm SUS304 steel plate.
Full welding of the chamber body.
The insulation is made of 50mm rock wool and 0.8mm sus304 steel plate.
Tank body: The wall panel is made of 3.0mm SUS304 steel plate,
Set up a double-layer stainless steel filter screen,
Stainless steel floating ball makeup valve,

Equipped with temperature, liquid level, and other sensors,

Pipeline: The spray pipeline is made of SUS304, and the pickling and silane/ceramic parts are made of SUS316;
The heat exchange circulation pipeline is made of SUS304, the acid washing and silane/ceramic parts are made of SUS316, and the insulation is made of 50mm rock wool;
Carbon steel for hot water pipelines, galvanized for tap water pipelines, and PVC for pure water pipelines.
2.2 Automatic water blowing equipment
Function: Use clean high-speed air to blow away accumulated water and residual water droplets on the surface of the workpiece.
2.3 Drying Oven - Moisture Drying Oven
Function: Use hot air to dry the moisture on the surface of the workpiece, with a drying temperature of 80-150 ºC.
2.4 Powder Painting Room
Spray room main body:
The main body of the spray booth is welded with imported engineering plastic sheets from Germany;
Lighting fixtures are installed on the top and sides of the spray booth, with explosion-proof lighting fixtures. The illumination of the spray booth operation workstation reaches above 800Lux;
Design personnel entrance and exit doors for the spray booth, and reserve cleaning air guns;
Design ventilation in the manual spraying area to ensure cleanliness of the spraying area;
There are no dead corners inside the spray booth, making it easy to clean and change colors;
Based on airflow simulation analysis, a unique side exhaust duct is designed to ensure stable airflow, with wind speeds at each outlet exceeding 0.7m/min;
The ventilation pipeline is made of coated steel plate material to prevent powder sticking;
An air knife automatic cleaning mechanism is installed at the bottom of the spraying room;
Post processing equipment:
Using a large cyclone to separate the powder in the air, the separation efficiency reaches 97%, and the powder is recovered, greatly saving powder consumption;
High air volume, no powder residue in the pipeline, achieving rapid color change;
The rear filter adopts imported PTFE coated filter element, with a long service life;
Powder supply center:
Automatic control, setting powder level detectors to control powder conveying devices;
Equipped with a recycling system, self connected to the powder room recycling device;
Valves and pipelines have self-cleaning function when changing colors;
Powder room isolation room:
The chamber body is made of sandwich rock wool boards spliced together, with 0.8mm color steel plates inside and outside;
The design of a large glass partition wall on the visiting passage surface is beautiful and elegant;
Install explosion-proof lighting fixtures on the top of the room, with an illumination level of ≥ 500Lux
Set up double doors to facilitate material entry and exit;
Set up a supply and exhaust system with a ventilation rate of ≥ 15 times/h;
2.5 Reciprocating machine spraying
Adopting a two-dimensional spray reciprocating machine with non-standard design stroke;
Non standard design spray gun bracket, allowing multiple spray guns to operate simultaneously;
The gearbox is imported from Italy with original packaging and is maintenance free for life;
Set the reciprocating machine speed in sections, with infinitely adjustable speed;
Pre programmed spraying program to identify the workpiece and automatically call the spraying trajectory;
2.6 Spray gun
Adopting high-quality brands such as Gema, MS, etc.
2.7 Powder curing furnace
Function: Use circulating hot air to dry and solidify the workpiece powder paint, with a drying temperature of 150-180 ºC;
The oven body adopts a structural type of direct furnace/bridge furnace/π furnace, and the entire oven is fully welded.
The thickness of the wall panel is 150mm, and the interior is made of aluminized panels, with an interlayer of 100K rock wool and an external wave board. The air supply method is a structural type of upper air supply and lower air suction
Easy to maintain, there are maintenance and maintenance lights on the side of the oven for personnel to enter and exit for maintenance. The bridge/π type furnace has good air sealing effect and saves energy.
The heating box adopts a fully welded type, with a wall plate thickness of 150mm. The interior is made of stainless steel plate, the middle layer is made of 100K rock wool, and the exterior is made of wave board
The fan structure adopts a plug-in type to save external space of the heating box. In order to ensure the quality of the workpiece, the filter screen has a filtration level of F6 and is heat-resistant
Adopting natural gas direct heating method.
