II. Detail Description of Furnace
1.Furnace Casing:
It is a solid frame welded by qualified thick steel plates which is 5mm and reinforced by profile steel. It possesses advantages like beautiful in appearance, high in strength, etc. Furnace looks even and smooth, no porosity, slag inclusion, or incomplete infusion would be found. Outer wall is painted twice with primers, and twice with finishing coat. Color codes are adopted according to industry standards or customer’s instructions. Key parts are painted with high temperature resistance paints.
2. Furnace lining:
Whole lining is complete refractory fiber structure. Lining is scientifically piled up by folded blocks of high aluminium silicate refractory fiber, produced by vacuum throwing method. Refractory fibers are pre-compression treated before piling up, and then fixed by special accessories on the casing of furnace. Including the fiber blankets, the thickness of lining is 300mm. This structure enjoys low thermal conductivity, stable chemical durability, good thermal stability & heat-shock resistance, excellent tensile strength & corrosion resistance. Max. Insulation temp. of aluminum silicate fiber is 1250℃. Fixing accessories employ stainless round steel mold. The lining helps largely increase heating and thermal-insulation effects, as well as heating efficiency.
3.Heating elements:
Heating elements are produced in shape of waves, made from high temperature resistance alloy of ferrochromium (Cr20Ni80), and fixed by special ceramic screws. That is easy to install, maintain and change. This structure seldom comes with situations like short circuit or overheating of furnace outside wall. Between fiber wall and resistor, there are ceramic rings, ensuring no surface contact between them. Resistor’s heating effect is thus greatly improved. Both ceramic screws and rings are corundum materials sintered under high temperature, so that they have very good strength and super-long service life. The furnace is installed with 3 heating zones, where heating elements are accordingly equipped..
4.Furnace cover
Furnace cover is made from high-quality profile steel and steel plates. Upper and bottom seal heads are formed as a whole by one-time molding. It’s light in weight and effectively helps reduce load on inner tube. Sealing flanges match precisely with the tube, with good rubber sealing, it does well in protecting pressure inside furnace.
5.Inner pot
It is welded by 8 mm thickness 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel after rolling and rippling treatment. The strength of steel tube will increase more than 30% after rippling, and the tube is not easy to deform or crack. The lug reserved on the top of tube, so as to be lifted by crane. Tube bottom is ellipsoidal head sealed, thickness of head is 10mm. To ensure a good vacuum performance and no air leaking, O -ring rubble sealing above the flange and water cooling circulating protected sealing under the flange are equipped. The tube cover is also made of 30mm A3 sheet. With tube cover and complete-refractory-fiber furnace lid, it forms a double-thermal-insulation effect and double-sealing. This helps largely save energy and prevent oxidation.
