Basic Frame
Featured by
- Oil seal kit‘s pressure performance stays in more stable way.
- 4sets quick coupling helps operator to prepare the machine better before and after welding, and we use good quality product which ensures no hydraulic oil leakages when unplug or plug in.
- Using integral shaft (top chromate treatment) instead of assembled shaft, ensure the chassis strength to avoid possible frame twist or deform when dragging the pipe with extreme parameters.
Heating Plate
Featured by
- We use Teflon coating of the heating plate, which is the best in industry. It's much sticker to aluminum plate, more non-sticky to plastic pipes surface. Temperature deviation of different points on heating plate is 2-3 degrees (small size machine) and 5-6 degree (big size machine).
Trimmer
Featured by
- Safety Switch, which guarantees the operators' security, even with power on, the trimmer will not be running if operators do not press the button.
And a stable support
Hydraulic Power Station
Featured by
- Solid relays have a bigger load capacity and working in more stable situation, which has much longer life.
- The circuit breaker works with electricity leakage protection switch. Including the earth wires, there're 2 elements to activate the protection when electricity is leaking.
- Non-fan motor (small size machines), water proof, sand-proof and dust-proof at higher level. The motor provides sufficient/full power to provide support for hydraulic power. i.e. V355 could reach to maximum 80bar.

Welding procedure
1. Check whether the specification and pressure grade of the pipe to be welded are correct, and check whether there are bumps, bumps and scratches on the surface. If the depth of the scar exceeds 10% of the wall thickness of the pipe, it should be partially removed before use;
2. Clean the oil or foreign matters at both ends of the pipe with a clean cloth;
3. Place the pipe to be welded in the frame slip, so that the length of both ends is equal (as short as possible without affecting the milling and heating). The part outside the frame of the pipe shall be supported by supports to reduce friction, and then be fastened with slips;
4. Put in the milling cutter, first turn on the power switch of the milling cutter, then close both ends of the pipe and apply appropriate pressure until there are continuous chips at both ends, remove the pressure, wait for a moment, then withdraw the movable frame, turn off the power supply of the milling cutter and take out the milling cutter. The chip thickness should be about
0.2-0.5mm. The chip thickness can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the milling insert;
5. Close the two pipe ends and check the alignment of both ends. The misalignment at both ends of the pipe should not exceed 10% of the wall thickness, which can be improved by adjusting the straightness and the elastic slip of the pipe; the gap between the two ends of the pipe should not exceed 10% of the wall thickness, otherwise it should be milled again until the above requirements are met;
6. Clean the dust and residue on the surface of the heating plate (pay special attention not to scratch the nonstick layer on the surface of the heating plate);
7. After the temperature of the heating plate reaches the set value, put it into the rack and apply the specified pressure until the minimum crimping on both sides reaches the specified value;
8. Reduce the pressure to the contact pressure and continue heating for the specified time;
9. When the time is up, withdraw the movable frame, quickly take out the heating plate, and then close the two pipe ends, with the time interval as short as possible;
10. Raise the pressure to the specified welding pressure, lock the fixing bolts on both sides of the frame, and keep the pressure for natural cooling. After cooling for the specified time, the fixing bolt is fully opened. Loosen the slip and take out the connected pipe.

A plastic pipe welding machine is a device used for joining or welding plastic pipes together. It is commonly used in various industries such as plumbing, construction, and irrigation. The machine uses heat to melt the ends of the plastic pipes and then fuses them together, creating a strong and durable joint.
There are different types of plastic pipe welding machines available, but one commonly used method is called butt fusion welding. Butt fusion welding involves aligning the ends of two plastic pipes and heating them using a heating element or a heated plate. Once the ends reach the appropriate melting temperature, they are pressed together and allowed to cool, resulting in a fused joint.
Some plastic pipe welding machines also incorporate a hydraulic system to apply pressure during the fusion process, ensuring a tight and secure bond. These machines typically have controls to regulate the temperature, heating time, and pressure, allowing operators to achieve consistent and reliable welds.
It is important to note that different types of plastic pipes require specific welding techniques and machines. Common types of plastic pipes used in welding include polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Each type of plastic pipe may have its own welding parameters and considerations, so it is essential to follow manufacturer guidelines and recommendations.
When working with a plastic pipe welding machine, operators should wear appropriate safety gear, such as gloves and eye protection. Proper training and familiarity with the machine's operation are also crucial to ensure safe and effective welding.
Overall, plastic pipe welding machines play a vital role in connecting plastic pipes, enabling the construction of reliable and efficient piping systems.
