The S2500-PVC Welded Wire Mesh Natural Gas Heating PVC Coating Line is a specialized production system designed for applying a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) coating to welded wire mesh using natural gas heating. This type of coating line is commonly used in the manufacturing of PVC-coated wire mesh products, such as fencing, gabions, cages, and other industrial or agricultural applications where corrosion resistance and durability are required.

2.Preheating (Natural Gas Heating System)
Uses natural gas burners to preheat the wire mesh before PVC coating.
Ensures uniform heating for better PVC adhesion and smooth finish.

3.PVC Powder Coating or Dip Coating
Powder Coating Method: Electrostatic spraying of PVC powder onto the heated mesh, which then melts and bonds.

4.Curing & Gelation (Natural Gas Oven)
The coated mesh passes through a gas-fired curing oven to fully melt and cure the PVC.

5.Cooling & Solidification

Prevents sagging or uneven coating.
6.Inspection & Quality Control
