1. Technological process of production.
feeding→alkaline degreasing→electrolytic degreasing→water rinsing→pickling→water rinsing→electroless nickel plating→water rinsing→passivation→water rinsing→hot water rinsing→drying→put down

electroless nickel plating solution: Ni2+ 5.0-6.5g/L
PH 4.4-5.0
Temperature 85-95℃
Time 10-15 minutes
