1. Technological process of production
Blank inspection → racking → chemical degreasing → water washing → electrolytic degreasing → water washing → Anodizing (in chromium plating bath) → chromium electroplating → recycling → water washing → put down → water washing → drying → inspection → hydrogen removal → packaging
2. Main process introduction
Chemical degreasing:remove the oil on the surface of products
Electrolytic degreasing: further remove the oil on the surface of products to ensure the binding force of the coating .
Pickling: remove the oxide from the surface of products and activate the product surface .
Water rinsing: clean the product thoroughly after the tank to avoid mutual contamination of the tank.
Anodizing:Let the surface of the steel substrate be in an activated state and produce micro rough surfaces, and then proceed with plating. Ensure obtaining a hard chromium coating with good adhesion.
Chrome plating: the product is coated with a uniform coating.
Hydrogen removal:reduce the brittleness of chromium plating and clean the hydrogen embrittlement of the base metal.

H2SO4 2.0~3.2 g/L
Cr3+ 25-35 g/L
Additives 16-20 ml/L
Temperature 55~65 ℃

Hydrogen removal: Temperature 200~230 ℃
Time 2~4hours
