F/T type Brad Nail Making Machine Automatic Hydraulic Staple Forming Machine could product T,F nails. New Generation High Speed Low Noise Automatic Nail Making Machine adopts plunger and oil pipe lubricating structure so as to ensure the features such as high speed, low noise and less impact. Especially, it can make the high quality of T,F nails. High pressure hydraulic liquid circulation is used, which have low noise and few malfunction.
The whole line is composed of wire banding line, banded wire pay-off, straightening device before forming machine, high quality straight brad nail forming machine and finish brad pickup device. And their parameters are listed below.
Wire banding machine include wire coils pay-off, there have straighten and flat regulation device both in front and back to straight the wire. The flatten wire will be combined together through three times of gluing and one time of baking. The glue will be filled onto wires automatically, the induction heating type baking will bake the wire automatically; when need to produce stainless steel strip, hot air blowing type baking will be used.. The whole length of machine can be designed according to client's workshop.

The main press machine mainly consists of frame, hydraulic station (which mainly includes oil tank, motor pumps, various pressure valves and directional control valves), electric control system and so on. The motor drives the pump to supply oil to the hydraulic cylinder through the directional control valves. The direction of the hydraulic cylinder can be changed by adjusting the directional control valve. The pressure of the hydraulic cylinder can be regulated by adjusting the overflow valve.

This device is mainly used before each forming machine for the straightening of banded wires. There have many pairs of bolts in the top, which can be used for the regulation of tuning rollers to ensure the straightness of banded wires during the begin of machine running. The straightening rollers are driven by 0.75KW motor and chain transmission.
