1. Description of Automatic Straight Wire Drawing Machine For Making Steel Wires In High Speed.
The straight wire drawing machine series of our company have absorbed the advanced advantages from both at home and broad in the machinery design process. Our machine have all kinds of design and configurations according to the different finished products and different request from clients, which makes us in the leading position of concerning the product characterisitics for user. It is applicable to drawing spring steel wires, tyre rib steel wires, steel wires for ropes, optical fiber steel wires, CO2 shield welding wires, flux cored electrodes for air welding, alloy and stainless steel wires, aluminum clad wires, under-relaxation pre-stressed steel wires and so on.
Advantage of this equipment is low noise, stable transmission, high output efficiency, easy operation and maintenance. Machine frame and box body of this machine is welded by good steel plage and steel channel, compact structure and good strength.

Transportation system:
Two grade belt transmission, double enveloping worm wheels, gearbox with hard tooth surface.

Way of take-up:
Spooler take-up, trunk take-up, headstand take-up, and all can take-up wire without stop work.
Way of pay-off:
Spooler pay-off, high pay-off frame, "-" type pay-off, duck-nip pay-off, can pay-off without stop work.
Main function:
Slowdown to stop at fixed length automatically, wire broken test and stop work automatically, cut off any block to compose new technical process freely,slowdown to stop automatically when the protecting shield is open, show of all kinds of fault information and the solution, inspection and control of all kinds of running information.

Capstan:
Block is made of cast steel, special technics treatments has already been done to its working surface to get hardness HB250-270, hardness height 250mm, which is extremely wear-resistance. The interior of block adopts narrow gap water cooling, the water jacket is fixed on the axis seat, the gap between water jacket and the block is very small. Once the block rotates relatively against the water jacket, the cooling water spraying from the water jacket will flow at very high speed and get very high heat are no sealing easy damaged parts in water cavity. It adopts the hydraulic high pay-off, equipped with two hydraulic arms and single supporting capacity ≤ 2500 kg. Through the exchange of two volumes line to achieve no-parking paying off.

The coiler take-up adopts frequency conversion motor drive, to achieve no-parking taking up. There are two rows of slide rail on the bottom of bearing frame, to easy to replace the frame. (The size of bearing frame is provided by the user).
