Coil stand pay-off→ Tension →Electrolytic acid pickling (1000A)→water washing→Water washing →heavy zinc coating(8000A) →Water washing → Nitic acid →Water washing →Passivation →Water washing→Hot water washing →Baking→ D550 horizontal coil take-up .

1.3 Brief introduction of galvanizing line

1. Pay-off: Coil stand pay-off

2. Electrolytic acid pickling part: Complete close electrolytic acid pickling, barrel is made of 316 stainless steel, magnetic pump is used for acid washing and circulation, 1000A/12V rectifier, copper bars distribute according to the size of rectifier, the bottom tank of acid pickling is movable and easy for clean.

3. Heavy zinc coating: Complete close design, 316 stainless steel made barrel, 8000A/12V rectifier, copper bars distribute according to the size of rectifier, anode is made of 5*50mm Ti plate, magnetic pump is used for circulation, the effective length of zinc coating is 250m.

4.Passivation is re-winding type, so the tank will be only 5m length, but the real passivation is about 42m.

5. Baking: Short circuit type baking, voltage regulator for temperature adjusting, consume low electricity, fast temperature rise and safety.

6. Horizontal D550 take up.
