3. Unscrew the oil drain plug screw under the oil pump (Figure 3), and use a container to collect the dirty hydraulic oil. After cleaning, cover and drain the oil plug.
4. Wipe off any dirt near the filling plug ((Figure 3) on the oil pump, then remove the filling plug and add hydraulic oil (while adding, slowly shake the oil pump handle to help increase the filling speed). After filling up the oil, cover the oil plug and install the oil pump back on the machine.
